Virtual coins
Coins are the virtual currency you use to play our games. They are part of the game, not real money, and our Terms and Conditions explain how they can be used.
Reward points
Reward points are separate from coins, and points may be redeemed for reward cards. How points are earned, what they can be redeemed for and who is eligible are set by our current Terms, and these details can change.
Real money
If you choose to buy virtual items, that is real money being spent. Decide on a comfortable budget first, and read what our Terms say about purchases before you buy.
Where the exact details live
Values, redemption options and eligibility are kept up to date in our Terms and Conditions. If you see a figure somewhere else — in an older post or video, for example — the current Terms are the version that applies.

News, offers and updates
Something is always changing at ZitoBox. New games arrive every week, and from time to time we run special offers — Wednesday promotions, promotional codes and trivia on our Facebook page have all been part of the mix.
Offers are time-limited, and each one comes with its own conditions. Before you take part in any offer, it helps to check three things:
- Who it’s for — any age, location or account conditions.
- What it includes — coins, points or something else, and any limits.
- When it ends — the closing date and time zone.
Our official channels always carry the current version of an offer. Codes shared on other websites may be expired or not genuine, and offers mentioned in older posts or videos may no longer be available.

Community and your privacy
The “social” in social casino matters to us. We share news and run trivia on our Facebook page, and we post videos on our YouTube channel, ZitoBox.com (@ZitoBoxcom). These are places to swap tips, follow what’s new and enjoy the game with other players.
When you join in on a social network, that network’s own policies apply alongside ours, and anything you post publicly can be seen by others. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing, and think twice before linking accounts you don’t need to.

The rules in brief
Terms, eligibility and purchases
Three documents set out how ZitoBox works: our Terms and Conditions, our User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Together they cover who can use ZitoBox, how accounts and virtual items work, how purchases are handled and how we look after your information.
Eligibility
ZitoBox is for adults aged 18 and over. Any further eligibility conditions are listed in our Terms.
Purchases
Before buying any virtual items, read the sections of our Terms on virtual items and refunds. Purchases made through an app store may also follow that store’s rules.
Updates
We update these documents from time to time. Please review our published Terms and Conditions and User Agreement online for the current version and terms that apply.

Decide how long you’ll play before you start, and let your device’s screen-time tools remind you.

Zero is a perfectly good limit. Device and app store settings can ask for approval before any purchase goes through.

If you find yourself buying more coins to rebuild a balance, that’s a good moment to stop for the day.

What a social casino is
A social casino brings the look and feel of casino games — spinning reels, playing cards, table games — to games you play with virtual coins instead of real-money wagers. That is exactly what ZitoBox is: a place to enjoy casino-style entertainment for amusement, with a community of players around it.
Our games are for adults aged 18 and over. ZitoBox is not a real-money gambling app, and doing well in social casino games does not mean you would see the same results at real-money gambling. The two are different experiences, and we design ZitoBox purely for entertainment.
